The Hawthorn Walk-in Center provides urgent care services for mental health and addiction concerns.
Location and hours: The center is located at 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 100, in Hillsboro, Oregon. Getting there by car: From the Sunset Highway (Hwy 26): Take NE Brookwood Parkway south to Cornell Road, turn left on NE Cornell Rd., turn right on NE Elam Young Parkway. Cross the tracks and the center is on your left. From SE Baseline: Go north at NE 53rd Avenue, turn left on NE Elam Young Parkway. Center will be on your right just before the tracks. Getting there by transit/TriMet: Take the blue line to the Hawthorn Farm MAX station. The center is in the brick building just across the tracks. Hours: The center is open every day from 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Appointments are not necessary, but if you would like to make one or need help when we are closed, please call the 24-hour Washington County Crisis Line at 503-291-9111.
