#1 - Identify your child's home school: As a new resident, the first thing you should do is to confirm that Evergreen Middle School is the "home school" for your child. School boundaries aren't always easy to figure out; sometimes a school may be very near to your address but it may not be the school that you are in the boundaries for.
#2 - Register your student To begin registration, please visit our registrar Monday-Friday from 8-2:30 pm or Register Online To make the process go faster, you can download some of the major documents and fill them about before coming to the Counseling Center. #3 - Provide required documentation Below is a list of what we would like for you to bring to the school in order to make the registration process as smooth as possible.
Proof of address. (examples: mortgage statement, rental agreement, utility bill)
Proof of student's legal name and age. (examples: birth certificate, current passport, etc.)*
*Documentation that may suffice includes records from a previous school; a hospital record or a baptismal record; or a signed affidavit from a parent, guardian, or other person in a parental relationship.
