If you need to enroll or withdraw your student, you will need to see the Registrar:
There are multiple ways to make an appointment with the school counselors:
- Fill out a Counselor Appointment Form -- quickest and easiest!
- Call/text/email the Counselor directly
- Call the Counseling Office Secretary, who can help calendar an appointment
- Students can stop by before school, during lunch activity time, or after school to ask the secretary to make an appointment.

The Evergreen Middle School Counselors aim to provide an effective, comprehensive school counseling program to students in the following areas: responsive services including peer mediations, student check-ins, classroom guidance lessons, and referral to outside counseling agencies; high school & beyond planning; and academic supports, including referral to the Student Study Team for further consideration of 504 plan accommodations or Special Education program.
